At Supplying Creativity, we take pride in our fast shipping guarantee. We ensure your order will be in transit 2-4 business days after your paid order. Our shipping methods are reliable, and our packaging is designed to protect your products during transit. We aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. We offer $6 flat rate shipping thru USPS Ground Advantage - only offered on domestic shipments. If you have any specific shipping requirements, feel free to reach out.
Returns & Exchanges
At Supplying Creativity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We do offer returns for store credit in most cases. Here are the steps to follow if you would like to request a return.
1. Contact me via text or email (prefer text) at the contact information listed below within 2 days after the delivery of your order to request your refund.
2. You are required to pay for the item to be shipped to the return address on your package and provide a tracking number for the return.
3. Once I receive the return I will email you an e-gift card to use in the shop. Your return must be in transit a within 14 business days of the return or your items will no longer be eligible for return.
